Shrimp Stuffed Celery

Another finger food to munch on. You don't have to tell them it's healthy. They will never know.
Serves 8 (3 pieces)
List of Ingredients
- 4 oz canned shrimp, rinsed and drained
- 1 (8 oz) pkg fat free cream cheese
- 1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fat free French dressing
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 16 (4") pieces crisp celery
Instructions
- Chop shrimp into small pieces. In medium bowl stir cream cheese with spoon until soft. Add maynnaise and French dressing. Stir until smooth. Add shrimp and parsley. Mix well to combine. Pack grooves of celery with mixture. Cut celery crosswise into 1" pieces. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
