    Recipe Introduction

These are as refreshing as they are easy. The hardest part is slicing the cucumbers and if you happened to get a food processo, that's even a snap.
    Serves 10 (5 each)

    List of Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) Philadelphia fat-free cream cheese
    • 2 tablespoons Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
    • 2 tablespoons chopped pimentos
    • 1 (6-ounce) can white tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked
    • 50 cucumber slices

    Instructions

    1. In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, dillweed, and pimentos. Add tuna. Mix well to combine. Evenly spread about 2 teaspoons tune mixture on each cucumber slice. Place cucumber slices in a covered container and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
