Simple Stroganoff

List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces extra lean ground turkey or beef
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1/3 cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream
- 1 cup (one 4-ounce can) sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Instructions
- In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, saute meat and onion for 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in sour cream, undrained mushrooms, and parsley flakes. Lower heat and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
