Skillet Chili Mac

Recipe Introduction
Serves 4 (1 1/4 cups)
List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (8-ounce) can Hunt's Tomato Sauce
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon Splenda Granular
- 1 1/2 teaspoons JO's Chili Seasoning or any chili seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon black peper
- 2/3 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 (15-ounce) can Bush's kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Instructions
- In a large skillet sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in tomato sauce, water, Splenda, JO's Chili Seasoning, and black pepper. Add uncooked macaroni and kidney beans. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring often.
