    South of the Border Lettuce Salad

    Recipe Introduction


    Serves 8 (1 cup)


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 cups finely shredded lettuce
    • 2 cups cherry toamtoes
    • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
    • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    • 1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Ranch Dressing
    • 1/4 cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream
    • 1/4 cup chunky salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
    • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, onion, and green pepper. Evenly spoon about 1 cup lettuce mixture on 8 salad plates. In a medium bowl, combine Ranch dressing, sour cream, and salsa. Evenly drizzle about 2 tablespoons dressing mixture over top of each salad and garnish each with 1 tablespoon cilantro. Serve at once.
