This is really low cal. And great for a snack, or lunch. Great idea for parties or appetizers as well.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 pita pocket
- 1/4 cup hummus
- Zuchinni
Instructions
- Grill zuchinni slices/strips on grill.
- Cut half pita in two. Put the inside face down. And outside face up. Spread hummus on top. Add zucchinni on top of that.
- Bake in oven at 400 degrees. Till the hummus is crispy and turning brown.
