Marshall's Magnificent Macaroni Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups macaroni pasta uncooked
- 1 large tomato
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 large red onion
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish (optional)
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra spicey Mrs. Dash
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
Instructions
- Boil macaroni according to package.
- Drain and rinse in cold water to help chill.
- Dice tomato, pepper and onion.
- In large mixing bowl add macaroni, diced vegetables, pickle relish and spices.
- Toss until spices are distributed evenly.
- Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
- Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. Serve on a side dish of lettuce.
