Strudel

Combine 3 cups flour, 2 sticks softened butter or margarine, and 8 oz. Sour cream. Make into 2 balls and refrigerate overnight. Next day, divide each ball in half (makes 4 rolls) and roll out in oval shape. Put in preserves, chopped nuts, white raisins, cinnamon and sugar. Roll in jelly roll shape.
Bake at 400 until brown (about 25-30 minutes). Cool, sprinkle sugar on top, and slice.
(I mix the cinnamon and sugar together so it’s easier to use and I use it on the top also.)
Any fruit preserves OK.Recipe
