Cheesy Scalloped Corn
List of Ingredients
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
1 small can Carnation milk
1/2 cup melted butter
2 Tbs. minced onion
12 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
2 cup coarse cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Drain 1/4 cup liquid from whole corn and add to can milk to make 1 cup. Drain rest of corn. Slightly beat eggs. Add corns, milk, onion, melted butter, cheese, salt, pepper, and cracker crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
