Scalloped Potatoes with Cheddar Sauce
List of Ingredients
1 tbsp. margarine
1 small onion, sliced
1 can Campbell's Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup
1/3 cup 2% milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
3 slices lean bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions :
1) In large non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt margarine. Add onion and sauté until
tender.
2) Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Bring to boil. Stir in potatoes. Bring to boil. Reduce
heat to low. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with
bacon. Garnish with parsley, if desired.Recipe
