Chicken & Spinach Stuffed Pasta

List of Ingredients
1/2 diced tomato
1/2 cup mushrooms canned or fresh
3 cups shredded cheese ( Mozarella and cheddar )
1/2 cup scallions minced
2 cups cooked diced chicken
1 cup spinach cooked until tender and tears easily
1 box Jumbo Pasta Shells cooked and cooled in cold water
1 large container Ricotta cheese
1 Jar Alfredo Sauce
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix spinach, scallions and Ricotta cheese. Spoon mixture into shells and place in a large baking pan. Place chicken on top of shells and spread into crevices. Add mushrooms. Pour Alfredo Sauce over top and cover with 2 cups of shredded cheese. Put in oven long enough tor cheese to melt and sauce to get hot. Take out of oven and add tomatoes. Then sprinkle with remaining cheese on top. Replace in oven until golden brown on top. Bake until bubbly and cheese is melted...
