Who doesn't like Peanut Butter Pie? This is another version using Splenda.
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup natural or otherwise smooth peanut butter
- 1 8oz package cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1 12 oz tub Cool Whip
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, cream cheese and Splenda. Beat with a mixer until enough.
- Stir in 1/2(6oz) of the topping and whip together.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased pie plate.
- Freeze until harden.
- Top with remaining topping(6oz) before serving.
Final Comments
You can drizzle some Hersheys chocolate topping for eye appeal! So easy and good. :-)
