    SOFT MOLASSES COOKIES

    This is my mothers recipe for molasses cookies. She would make these cookies for christmas. very good


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 1/2 cups flour
    • 2 tsp baking soda
    • 3 tsp ginger
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 3/4 cup molasses
    • 3/4 cup sour milk


    Instructions


    1. Mix dry ingredients.
    2. Mix sugar, molasses,milk and eggs.
    3. Add flour,(just enough to form a soft dough)
    4. Roll out thin and cut out with your favorite cookie cutter.
    5. Bake until golden brown.
