    CREAMY HAWAIIAN FREEZIES


    List of Ingredients


    • 14 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
    • 1/4 cup liquid honey
    • 1 banana cut into chunks
    • 1/2 cup coconut
    • 1 tsp coconut flavoring
    • 2/3 cup skim milk powder
    • 1 drop yellow food coloring


    Instructions


    1. Combine everything into a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into popsicle container. Insert top Freeze. to remove run under cold water.
