    1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup of sugar
    1/4 cup of margarine, melted
    1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
    1/2 cup of cold water
    1 cup of sugar
    3 large eggs, Separated
    16 ounces of cream cheese, Softened
    2 tablespoons of cocoa
    2 tablespoons of bourbon
    1 cup of whipping cream, Whipped

    Recipe



    Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and margarine; press onto the bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan.

    Soften the gelatin in water, stir over low heat until dissolved.

    Blend in 3/4 cup of sugar and beaten egg yolks; cook stirring constantly, over low heat, for 3 minutes.

    Combine the cream cheese and cocoa, mixing at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended.

    Gradually add the gelatin mixture and bourbon, mixing until well blended.

    Chill until thickened, but not set.

    Beat the egg whites until foamy; gradually adding the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.

    Fold the egg whites and whipped cream into the cheese mixture and pour over the crust.

    Chill until firm.

    Garnish with chocolate curls and small silver candy balls, if desired.
