1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup cucumbers slices, 1/4 inch thick
1 cup thinly sliced red onions rings
1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
Recipe
Method
1. Combine dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Add vegetables and mix to coat with dressing.
3. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
