Meatloaf with tomato sauce and cheese

List of Ingredients
2lb's of Ground Beef
2 Eggs
2Cups of bread crumbs any flavor
1Sliced onion
2 Bags of mozzarella cheese
Salt , Pepper, Oregano, Garlic,Paprika , Any kind of spices you have

Alright get a big bowl add the 2 packages of ground beef 2 eggs and all the spices the onions and the bread crumbs to bring it all together now mix it with your hands and make sure everything is combined not to moist if it is moist add some more bread crumbs then get a pan put some oil and put it to all the sides so the meat loaf wont stick open the oven to 405f then put the meatloaf inside the pan spread it all out sprinkle some cheese on it and then grab each side and make it to a meat loaf shapeand then place it in the oven Now the meatloaf part is done now for the sauce !! Sauce: Cup of red wine, Paprika, 2 Table spoons Sugar
3/4 Melted butter
Get a sauce pan add 2 cans of tomato paste tomato sauce which ever you have then add the red wine and the melted buttert and the paprika and the sugar stir that for a little while wait till it boils completely then wait till the meatloaf is almost done add the sauce on top of the meatloaf leave it in the oven for a while take it out and let it cool for about 10-15 minutes then sprinkle some cheese.
