List of Ingredients
5 oz. sliced chicken breast--about 1 breast (poach)
5 oz. shrimp--about 10-12 (41-50 count)
8 oz. total weight--snowpeas, sliced bok choi, sliced mushrooms, sliced celery, sliced waterchestnuts, sliced carrots
1 tsp. chopped garlic
4 oz. chicken stock or water
5 oz. white sauce or white garlic sauce (you can guy this at a Chinese grocery store)
1 T. cornstarch slurry (equal parts constarch & water)
Recipe
Heat wok. Add 1 T. oil. Stir fry garlic, stir fry vegetables. Add chicken stock or water and white sauce. Let reduce to half, add cornstarch slurry. Serve with rice.
