1 9" ready to serve Pie crust
1 20oz can crushed pineapple
1 large box pineapple jell-o 2 medium size tubs cool whip
1 medium size tub cream cheese
Recipe
Cooking Instructions:
1. drain juice from pineapple
set fruit aside.
2. dissolve jell-o in pineapple juice, and microwave
for 1 minute. let cool
3. mix fruit with cream cheese and 1 tub of cool whip.
then add jell-o mixture to the
cream cheese mixture.
4. pour filling into the crust.
5. place pie into the refrigerator for 4-5 hours
Serving Suggestions:
when you serve a piece of this
pie add a dollup of cool whip
from the other tub.
Additional Comments:
this recipe can be used as a
dessert, when not using a pie
crust. like a pudding in bowls.
