Sautéed Green Beans

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cups diagonally sliced fresh green beans
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 tsp. garlic granules, or one garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Recipe
Heat the olive oil, butter and lemon juice in a skillet over medium
heat. Add the green beans, lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir,
and cook on low heat for 10 minutes with the lid on. Stirring now
and then. Remove the lid and cook for 5-10 more minutes until
beans are crisp tender.
