    Roasted Turkey Legs with Veggies

    Recipe Introduction


    Cooked slow, this recipe produces very tender turkey meat topped with flavor soaked veggies - and it doesn't cost much to make - turkey legs are generally pretty inexpensive.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Turkey legs
    • 2 Tbs chicken boullion granule
    • 1/2 cup diced onion
    • Liptions Secret Soup mix - your favorite flavor
    • 1 can chicken broth
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1/2 bag baby carrots
    • 4 med potatoes - peeled and cubed
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup water


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400

    2. Place turkey legs in roasting pan. Cover with boullion and Lipton soup mix

    3. Sprikle onion over legs

    4. Pour chicken broth over legs

    5. Mix cream of chicken soup with milk and water. Pour over legs.

    6. Cover and bake for 4 hours, basting occasionally. (add more water if necessary)

    7. Toss in potatoes and carrots and cook, uncovered 1 hour (till done)
