    1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
    1 large (8oz) cream cheese
    1 cup milk
    1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 large cool whip
    Coconut
    nuts

    Recipe



    Bake cake mix according to directions in a 2" deep 9"X13" or 11"X1/2"X17 1/4" pan. After cooled, return cake to same pan.
    Beat softened cream cheese, milk and pudding until creamy enough to spread on cake. DO NOT beat mixture too long as it will stiffen.
    Next spread on a large can of crushed pineapple, drained well. Then spread on a large container (thawed) Cool Whip. Sprinkle coconut and nuts on top.

    NOTE: Blueberries, strawberries or cherries may be substituted.
