1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
3 large eggs

1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 box (8 1/2 ozs.) corn muffin mix (Jiffy Mix is THE best)
Recipe
Heat oven to 325*. Lightly brush a shallow 2 qt. casserole with some of the butter or margarine. In a large bowl, beat eggs with a large wooden spoon til foamy. Add cream style corn and whole kernel corn, the remaining melted butter, the onion dip, & black pepper. Beat til blended. Stir in muffin mix til blended. Pour into prepared dish. Bake 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours or til a pick inserted in center comes out clean. 12 servings.
