    Taste of Home's Quick Cooking Sept/Oct2000

    List of Ingredients




    1 can (21 ozs.) apple pie filling
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tube (6 ozs.) refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits
    whipped topping and mint, optional

    Recipe



    Place pie filling in an ungreased 9" pie plate. Sprinle with cinnamon. Separate each biscuit into three layers and arrange over apples. Bake @ 400* for 12-14 minutes or til biscuits are browned. Garnish with whipped topping and mint, if desired. Yield: 4-6 servings.
