    Although this recipe was cut out of the TV Facts publication, I recall my Maw Maw Sarah making this for Christmas. I'm not sure if this is her exact recipe or not but it sure sounds close.

    List of Ingredients




    1 bag small marshmallows
    1 box graham crackers
    1 grated fresh coconut
    1 box seedless white raisins
    1 lb. candied cherries, half green, half red
    1 lb. pecans
    1 lb. english walnuts
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

    Recipe



    Crush graham crackers or use graham cracker crumbs; grind fresh coconut; chop candied cherries and nuts. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Line graham cracker box with wax paper and pack fruit cake in box. Cover tightly, place cake in refrigerator for at least 2 weeks. This will give cake time to set and will slice easier.

    NOTE: Crush you own crackers as it will make for a better cake.
