    Mini Reubens make fun and unexpected appetizers.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 lbs. processed sliced corned beef (or sliced turkey)
    1 c. sauerkraut, drained
    ½ c. Swiss Cheese, shredded
    ½ c. Thousand Island Salad Dressing
    1 loaf Rye Cocktail Bread

    Recipe



    -Chop corned beef
    -Combine corned beef, saurkraut, cheese and dressing in a bowl.
    -Arrange bread slices on a baking pan. Top each slice with Reuben mix. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    Serve WARM!
