1 can artichoke hearts
1 pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
Recipe
Chop artichoke hearts. Combine all ingredients, including about 1/2 of juice from artichokes, in a bowl and mix completely. Place in ovensafe bowl or serving dish and bake at 350° for about 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with paprika (optional).
