List of Ingredients 3/4 c. milk 2 eggs 3 tbls. butter or margarine 3 1/4 c. bread flour 1/4 c. white sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. yeast Instructions Combine milk, eggs, butter, salt and sugar in the pan of the bread machine. Measure and add flour. Using your finger make a small well (hole) in the top of the flour and place the yeast in the well. Place the bread in the bread maker and set machine for basic white with a light crust. Final Comments I sometimes like to add some cinnamon for an extra touch of flavor.
