I don't remember where I got this one.


Recipe Introduction


This bread is so flavorful, that it doesn't need any kind of a spread. Its naturally sweet.


List of Ingredients





HONEY OATMEAL HEAVEN
3/8 c. honey
1 ½ c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 ½ tbls. margarine, butter or olive oil
¾ c. rolled oats (oatmeal... not instant)
3 c. + 3 tsp. bread flour
1 ¼ tsp. active dry yeast or bread machine yeast



Recipe



Add the ingredients starting with the liquids and salt, then the oats and flour. Add yeast last to prevent the salt from “killing” the yeast.
