    Apricot Delight

    List of Ingredients




    1 box yellow cake mix
    2 cups fresh apricots,pitted and quartered
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1/2 cup almond slivers
    1/2 cup white chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Prepare yellow cake mix according to package directions, reducing water by 1/2 of a cup. Mix in apricots. Pour batter into a 13x9 pan (greased). Top with mixture of remaining ingredients. Bake in middle of 350 oven for 40 min or until toothpick comes out clean. It's moist and delicious!
