    Chocolate Strawberry Delight

    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    24 squares crumbled chocolate graham crackers (2 c.)
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    ************
    Filling:
    12 oz. whipped topping such as Cool Whip
    1 small package instant chocolate pudding
    1 c. sour cream
    **************
    Topping:
    1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced (withold 1 or 2 large whole strawberries for garnish)

    Recipe



    Crust:
    Combine ingredients and press into cheesecake pan
    ****************
    Filling:
    ~Combine ingredients and stir until smooth.
    ~Pour half of the filling over the crust and smooth surface with spatula.
    ~Top with sliced strawberries
    ~Cover with remaining filling.
    ~Garnish with the large strawberries which are sliced from the bottom to the base of the stem. Fan them out for a beautiful garnish.
