I've saved recipes all my life. But to be honest its not every day that I ask my daughter for a recipes. But this is too good not to both get and share. I truly hope you'll give it a try.
List of Ingredients
4 lg. eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 - 15 oz. can pumpkin
1 - 12 oz. can evaporated milk (NOT sweetened condensed milk)
-------------------
1 full sized yellow cake mix
1 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts (I prefer pecans)
Recipe
-Blend first 6 ingredients well.
-Pour into floured and greased 9" x 13" baking pan
-Sprinkle with dry cake mix
-Drizzle with melted butter
-Top with nuts
-Bake at 325° approximately 1 hour
