Quick and easy way to make divinity


List of Ingredients




1 pkg. (7 � oz) white frosting mix
1/3 c. light corn syrup
2 Tbls. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 lb. powdered sugar
6 Tbls. hot water
1 c. chopped nuts

Recipe



In a large mixing bowl, combine the frosting mix, corn syrup, boiling water and vanilla. Beat on high speed for 5 minutes. Gradually add sugar, hot water and nuts; mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand at room temperature overnight or until dry to the touch. Store in an airtight container. Yield: about 2 lbs.
