Recipe Introduction

This was my Mom's master fudge recipe. Decadent, creamy, rich and sweet.

List of Ingredients

3-12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
2 cubes butter or good quality margarine
1 large can condensed milk
4 1/2 c granulated sugar
1 large jar marshmellow cream
1 Tbls. vanilla


Recipe

1-Place chips, butter, sugar, salt, marshmellow cream and vanilla in a large bowl
2-Cook milk and sugar together while stirring constantly; bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes.
3-Pour over ingredients in the bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed.
4-Pour onto a large buttered cookie sheet and allow to cool.
