Beef Stuffing Bake
List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef, lean
1 small onion -- chopped
1 10 ounce package stuffing mix (any flavor)
10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup -- undiluted
10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup -- undiluted
4 1/2 ounce jar sliced mushrooms -- drained
1 cup water
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain.
Transfer ground beef to an ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the contents of the stuffing seasoning packet, soups, mushrooms, water and vegetables.
Sprinkle the bread stuffing over the ground beef mixture and top with the soup mixture.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Serves 8.
