Beefy Macaroni Skillet
List of Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cups tomato juice
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepperRecipe
In a large skillet, brown meat with onion; drain off fat. Add tomato juice, macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, dry mustard, salt and pepper; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 20 minutes, or until macaroni is tender. Stir occasionally during cooking. Serves 6.
