Give this one a try... List of Ingredients 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken (or turkey) 1 1/2 c. mixed frozen vegetables (I like to use the cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, etc. mix) 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated 1/2 c. Bisquick 1 envelope Ranch Dressing Mix (1 oz) 1 c. milk 2 eggs Instructions Preheat oven to 400°. . Grease 9-inch pie plate Place chicken (or turkey) and mixed vegetables in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 33-38 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Final Comments I'll have to see if I don't find some others in my collection. These recipes were a quick and tasty fix for a fast meal.
