Impossible Chicken Ranch Pie

Give this one a try...





List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken (or turkey)
  
• 1 1/2 c. mixed frozen vegetables (I like to use the cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, etc. mix)
  
• 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  
• 1/2 c. Bisquick
  
• 1 envelope Ranch Dressing Mix (1 oz)
  
• 1 c. milk
  
• 2 eggs
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 400°. .
   
2. Grease 9-inch pie plate
   
3. Place chicken (or turkey) and mixed vegetables in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
   
4. Combine remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Pour into pie plate.
   
5. Bake 33-38 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

I'll have to see if I don't find some others in my collection. These recipes were a quick and tasty fix for a fast meal.
