    Awesome Chocolate Chip Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 c Butter Flavor Crisco ( I use the cheap stuff)
    1 1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
    2 T milk
    1 T Vanilla
    1 Egg
    1 3/4 c all purpose flour
    1 teas. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c semi sweet choc chips
    1 cube of white chocolate

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375°
    Combine shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl, beat at med. speed of electric mixer until well blended.
    Beat egg into creamed mixture
    Combine flour, salt, and baking soda
    MIX into creamed mixture until blended
    Stir in chocolate chips, cut white chocolate into the mix (scrape and it will come off in chunks.
    Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet
    bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes
