    Gingerbread Man Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    2 small boxes butterscotch pudding mix
    1 cup shortening
    1 cup brown sugar
    3 cups flour
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    raisins for decorating

    Recipe




    Cream shortening and sugar, add egg and mix well.
    Add dry pudding mix, flour, cinnamon & soda. Mix well.
    Roll dough 1/4" thick and cut in gingerbread man shapes. Place raisins for face & buttons.
    Bake at 350°for 10 minutes (depends on size).
    Makes about 2 dozen.
