    No Bake Snowball Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    2 c. powdered sugar
    6 c. crispy rice cereal
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
    4 c. mini marshmallows
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 t. vanilla extract
    1/2 t. almond extract

    Recipe



    Place powdered sugar in a big bowl. In another bowl, mix cereal, raisins & pecans. In a saucepan, combine butter & marshmallows. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat 'til smooth. Remove from heat & stir in extracts. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal mixture. Stir well 'til coated. Grease hands, shape mixture into 1-1/2 - 2" balls and roll in sugar. Store in airtight container.
