List of Ingredients
3 (7 oz.) cans whole green chili’s
3-4 flour tortillas, cut in 1” strips
1 lb. grated Jack cheese (I often use Longhorn or Cheddar and for an extra kick try Pepper Jack)
1 c. salsa
egg mixture:
8 eggs
½ c. milk
½ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. onion salt
Recipe
Lightly grease a deep baking pan
Layer as follows:
1 can chiles
tortilla strips (opposite direction of chili’s)
cheese
salsa
Repeat layers 2 more times.
Pour egg mixture over the chilies. Sprinkle w/ paprika. Bake 40-45 minutes in a pre-heated 350°F oven.
