Sour Cream Enchiladas

List of Ingredients
4 chicken tenders
16 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans sliced olives *
1 can diced chiles
1/2 can diced jalepanos
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar
1 doz.corn tortillas Recipe
1-Dice the chicken and cook with some salt and pepper.
2-Mix the sourcream, chicken soup, 1/2 of the olives, chiles and 1/2 can jalepanos & 1 c. cheese all together in a bowl.
3-Cut tortillas in quarters
Layer in a cassarole pan: 1/4 of the tortillas, 1/3 of the sourcream mixture & 1/3 chicken. Repeat twice. Top with remaining tortillas, then add sprinkle with remaining jalepanos, olives and remaining 1 c. cheese, bake at 350 for 25 minutes!
