    Cool Melon Salad

People are always very pleasantly surprised when they try
this dish. They expect it to be just plain old fruit salad
(which is, of course, very delicious in its own rite). But
then they taste it and discover that it's drizzled with a
delectable, honey-sweetened dressing. The recipe is as
simple as can be, yet it never fails to please.

    List of Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    1/2 small cantaloupe
    1/2 small honeydew melon
    1/2 small watermelon
    2 pints strawberries

    ------------------------
    Berry-Honey Dressing

    Ingredients:
    1 3/4 cups strawberries, quartered
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind

    Directions:
In a food processor or blender, process ingredients until
smooth. Cover and refrigerate (will keep for 1 week). Makes
    about 1 3/4 cups.
