    Cornbread with an extra crunchy topping!!

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    2/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tbls. Baking powder
    ½ tsp. Salt
    ½ c. crushed corn chips (crush with your hand, then measure.)

    Recipe



    1. Place all ingredients except crushed chips in small bowl and blend with a whisk. Place in small freezer bag. Label this bag “Cornbread Mix”.
    2. Place crushed chips in sandwich bag. Tie mix into corner of bag. Label this bag “Topping Mix”.

    Make and attach recipe below:


    Crunchy Cornbread
    1. Place “Cornbread Mix” in medium bowl.
    2. Add 1 egg, 1 c. milk and 2 tbls. Vegetable oil.
    3. Pour batter into well sprayed 8” or 9” square pan.
    4. Top batter evenly with “Topping Mix” ingredients.
    5. Bake about 20 minutes at 450°
