Cornbread with an extra crunchy topping!!
List of Ingredients
1 c. yellow cornmeal
2/3 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbls. Baking powder
� tsp. Salt
� c. crushed corn chips (crush with your hand, then measure.)Recipe
1. Place all ingredients except crushed chips in small bowl and blend with a whisk. Place in small freezer bag. Label this bag �Cornbread Mix�.
2. Place crushed chips in sandwich bag. Tie mix into corner of bag. Label this bag �Topping Mix�.

Crunchy Cornbread
1. Place �Cornbread Mix� in medium bowl.
2. Add 1 egg, 1 c. milk and 2 tbls. Vegetable oil.
3. Pour batter into well sprayed 8� or 9� square pan.
4. Top batter evenly with �Topping Mix� ingredients.
5. Bake about 20 minutes at 450�
