    3 cups self-rising flour
    1 cup sugar
    1-12 oz. beer @ room temperature

    Put all ingredients in bowl. Stir with fork. Pour into well-greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes. Brush top with melted butter while warm.
