Cheesy Baked Potato Salad

List of Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, chopped
1 t. mustard
1 c. mayonnaise
8-oz. pkg pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
Garnish: bacon bits



Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°

In large bowl, place potatoes, onion, mustard, mayonnaise and cheese. Combine well and spread into a buttered 2-quart baking dish. Top with bacon bits. Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
