    Zesty Italian Dressing

    List of Ingredients

    2/3 c. oil (extra virgin olive oil preferred)
    1/2 c. wine vinegar (you can substitute white vinegar)
    1 clove garlic, quartered
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp.salt
    1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

    Recipe

    1-Combine ingredients in jar.
    2-Cover and shake well.
    3-Chill to blend flavors.
    4-Shake well before serving.
    (You may wish to remove garlic)
