    Turkey Carcass Soup

    List of Ingredients




    1 turkey carcass thats had meat picked off
    5 cups water
    3-4 carrots, chopped
    1 (14-16 oz.) can green beans
    2 cups white rice

    Recipe



    Place the turkey carcass, water, carrots, green beans and rice in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer approximately 1 hour

    Remove all turkey bones and unwanted debris (i.e., skin, cartilage, etc.) before serving.
