Yields just over 6 Cups.
List of Ingredients
- 1 Cup almonds, soaked 8-12 hours
- 6 Cups pure water
Instructions
- Once the almonds have soaked, you must discard the soak water and rinse nuts.
- Place half of the almonds and half of the pure water in the blender. Blend for 3 minutes or longer.
- Strain the mixture through cheesecloth into a jar.
- Repeat th eprocess for the second half.
- Refirigerate
- If you want a richer milk, use less water.
Final Comments
This milk will keep for 2-3 days
