    List of Ingredients




    **CRUST**
    2 cups nuts ( your preference. coconut and hazelnuts are good!)
    1/4 cup deglet noor dates
    **FILLING**
    small clump (1/2 oz) Irish Moss, soaked overnight
    11/2 cupv haze;nut milk
    1/4 cup chopped dates
    1 T lecithin
    1/2 cup coconut butter ( can substitute coconut oil, but not as flavorful)
    1/4 cup agave nectar
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Soak and rinse the Irish moss overnight. Rinse again before using. Put moss in a blender with 1/2 cup of the hazelnut milk. Puree until moss is broken down. Add the dates. Blend til smooth, Add lecithin. Blend all together slowly adding the rest of the hazelnut milk. Add the coconut butter, nectar, cocoa, vanilla and salt. Puree until smooth. Pour into pie crust and chill at least 1 hour. Flavors improve overnight.
    For CRUST..... simply blend nuts and dates in a food processor until a smooth texture is reached and press into a pie pan. Fill at will......
